Strong Securing America, LLC (“we”) operates this website from 11630 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78753. This policy describes the personal information the site collects and how we use it. It covers quote requests, contact messages, job applications, and the optional review form on the free tools.
Information you give us
The quote and contact forms ask for:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number, if you provide one
- The service you are asking about
- Your message
The free planning tools can run without an account. If you ask us to review a result, the form asks for your email and, if you add them, your name and phone, plus the numbers or answers from that tool. The incident report and post orders files are built in your browser. Those files are not uploaded and are not stored on our server.
The careers application asks for:
- Legal name, date of birth, and gender
- Home address, cell phone, home phone, and email
- Social Security number
- Emergency contact name and phone number
- The job you are applying for
- TWIC number and expiration date, if you provide them
- Government ID type, number, and expiration date
- Languages, security experience, how you heard about us, and the shifts you can work
Information collected automatically
The site uses Google Analytics to measure visits. Google Analytics may receive your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you open. We use that information to understand how the site is used. We do not use it to build advertising profiles for sale.
How we use information
- To reply to quote, contact, and tool-review requests
- To review job applications and meet hiring and licensing duties
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To keep records we are required to keep
How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
Quote and contact messages are stored in our website database and emailed to contact@strongsecuringamerica.com. Job applications are stored in that database. Staff notices about a new application are emailed to our careers inbox. Those notices include the application details, with the Social Security number limited to the last four digits. Email is sent through our email provider.
We may disclose information if a law, court, or regulator requires it, or when disclosure is needed to protect people, property, or the security of this site.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and applications for as long as we need them to respond, consider hiring, and meet recordkeeping duties. We then delete them or remove details that identify you.
Security
Access to application records, including Social Security numbers and government ID numbers, is limited to people who need them for hiring. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure.
Your requests
Email contact@strongsecuringamerica.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We will honor a deletion request unless we have to keep the record, for example to meet an employment or licensing duty.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
